The Investigation on the Computer Simulation of Interfacial Thermal Resistance Between Bi2223 and A1N Based on Pan-Boolean Algebra

Based on the macro-naro cryogenic engineering and pan-boolean algebra theory,a new method of building logical mathematic model of interfacial thermal resistance between high temperature conducting material(Bi2223) and ceramic material(AIN) is suggested in this paper for the first time.By analyzing the cryogenic heat transfer experiment on the high Tc superconducting material(BI2223) and ceramic material(AlN) from 30Kto 100K,the logical algebra model of interfacial thermal resistance is set up by applying the pan-boolean algebra theory. The results of computer simulation are shown that the correspondence of the logical model calculation with the experimental data is quite well. The error is less than 5%.
