Safety Production Management System in Power Plants Design and Realization Based on GSM Short Messages

This article discusses the design and realization of GSM short messages coordination office system,which is based on Web. This system implements the interaction between Internet short messages in safety production management.User can make interactive work through this system even there is no Internet, as the mobile terminal is connected with network office information system. The structure of coordination office system and the design and realization of the mobile phone short messages module are introduced emphatically. The hardware architecture of the entire mobile phone short messages module,the software work flow,the AT instruction collection,the short message coding method and the method of short messages transmission and reading are analyzed and the correlative realization procedure is gives
