Studying on the Application of Siz Sigma Management to University Administration

As a service window for teachers and students,University administration assume an important task in operation process.Six Sigma management has had tremendous success in the manufacturing sector, Its application has gradually extended to service industries and has shown strong vitality. This paper aims to explore how to apply Six Sigma management to university administration to improve their management level.
