Fluoride removal by lanthanum alginate bead: adsorbent character and adsorption performance

摘要：

1. Introduction Fluoride is an essential nutrient for the human body at low concentrations. However, high concentrations of fluoride lead to many health issues such as dental and skeletal fluorosis. Many defluoride methods has been studied, among them, adsorption is considered to be less expensive, convenient, and effective for applications.
