Study on degradation of acetyl pyrimidine by Potassium Permanganate Ozidation
1 Introduction Acetyl primidine(2-methyl-4-amino-5-acetyl aminomethyl pyrimidine) is the important intermediate product of vitamin B1, which is indispensable to human health. But a great deal of venomous and noxious wastewater was produced during its synthetic process, which make a great threat to the environment. Acetyl primidine wastewater is the most refractory water among all vitamin B1 production procedure, to which can not be overlooked that whether it could reach the effluent standard after the disposal of vitamin B1 wastewater. Therefore, it is extraordinarily significant for the continuable development of vitamin B1 industries to exploit and develop efficient technology for wastewater treatment and eligible discharge. There were little reference about the treatment process of primidine wasterwater abroad, only the synthesis processes were reported. Domestic reports were only about the treatment processes of vitamin B1 wastewater(mixed wastewater of each synthesis production section).
