摘要：

1. Introduction As the original photosynthetic organisms, microalgae have been lived more than two billion years on earth. In addition, microalgae have the ability to fix CO2 while capturing solar energy with efficiency 10 to 50 times greater than those of terrestrial plants 1.2. CO2 could completely be used as carbon source and lipid could be produced by microalgae, which could be converted to biodiesel with the modern technologies 3-5.
