Detection of Microcystin-LR (MC-LR) Using Planar Waveguide Fluorescence Immuno-sensor (PWFI)
Based on the development of Planar Waveguide Fluorescence Immuno-sensor (PWFI) and preparation of immuno-chip, an environmental pollutant, microcystin-LR, was detected as a sample substance. The experiment results showed that the immtmo-sensor was sensitive for MC-LR detection. Calibration curve obtained for MC-LR detection had LOD of 0.06 μg/L and QOD range of 0.10-3.6 μg/L, which reveals the potential ability to evaluate the safety of drinking water.
