THE RESEARCH ON THE EVALUATION MODEL OF THE HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING PROJECTS

摘要：

On the basis of analyzing the evaluation characteristic of the highway maintenance engineering projects, the thesis discussed the grey forecasting model of residual error in the highway traffic, forecasting model based on the tolls and nonlinear break-even equilibrium analysis.
