RESEARCH ON REINFORCED CONCRETE GRID-FRAME STRUCTURE WITH PHOSPHORUS GYPSUM AS ENERGY-SAVING MATERIAL
As a type of industrial waste, a large number of phosphorus gypsum not only occupies a tract of land, but also pollutes the environment. This paper presents a new reinforced concrete (RC) grid-frame structure, in which, phosphorus gypsum can be directly applied in structure system as energy-saving material. The utilization of this structure can get good technical and economic indicators. The quantity of concrete and steel is basically equal in the new structure and the RC structure with special-shaped columns. However, the floor (roof) of the structure is supported around mostly, so the quantity of the foundation engineering can be reduced. Moreover, large-size rooms with demountable partition can be realized in this structure, so it is suitable for small high-rise residential buildings. In this paper, for an example of a pilot project, the design and calculation methods, the design parameters and the calculation results of the new structure are studied. Research shows that the design of the structure conforms to the current structural design code, it’s safe and reasonable, and the design method is easy to master.
