ANALYSIS THEORY OF TRAIN DERAILMENT UNDER CONSIDERATION OF WIND ACTION
On the basis of analysis theory of random energy of train derailment, Two methods- the time domain way and the frequency domain way of analysis theory of random energy of train derailment under the consideration of wind action are proposed. The curves of σpw-v under various wind speeds were obtained through the computation. The original curve of σp-v was expanded, which makes the analysis theory of random energy of train derailment become the all-weather theory. Train derailment condition has been established under the considerationof wind action. The first and second criterions of train derailment have been proposed under the consideration of wind action. The analysis of train derailment cases happened in homeland has been carried on, including the first analysis of Xinjiang train derailment case encountered 13 levels of gales, which explained reasonably the inevitability of train derailment. So the analysis theory of random energy of train derailment under the consideration of wind action shows its validity and accuracy.
