Forward scattering micro radars for situation awareness

摘要：

In the paper a progress in the netted forward scattering radar research is presented. A special attention is paid to the optimal and sub-optimal signal processing algorithms. These algorithms are assumed to be efficient when the signal is received at a background of Doppler clutters and AWGN.
