C-band Solid State T/R Module Design for SAR Application

摘要：

Its an important way for C-Band SAR applied to oceanic monitoring. The AESA based on T/R Module has high reliability and become a key research point.Due to the satellite SAR application,the T/R Module needs high-efficiency,low-power,low-mass,low-cost,high amplifier and phase stability.In this paper,a dualchannel C-band T/R module has been developed.In its working band,the T/R module provides over 20W output power and has noise figure of 3dB,power added efficiency of over 23%,weight of only 220g.
