Preliminary Study of Compressed Sensing Based DCE-MRI
In this paper, a new method of DCE-MRI based on CS theory is proposed. Simulation experiments have been performed focusing on the study of temporal and spatial resolution, respectively. In our experiments, spatial finite difference (SFD) is chosen to be the sparse transformation, and radial sampling is implemented as under sampling scheme. The reconstruction is based on solving a constrained total variation (TV)-norm minimization problem. The results demonstrate that CS-based DCE-MRI can improve the temporal resolution of DCE-MRI without degrading its spatial resolution.
