Construction and evaluation of post-evaluation indez system on loan projects of international financial organizations

摘要：

Aiming at loan projects of international financial organizations,this paper put forward the content and framework of post-evaluation. Set the Yellow River flood control and disaster reduction system construction project as an example,this paper established the three-tier evaluation system using AHP method and fuzzy mathematics for fuzzy comprehensive post-evaluation. The rationality and effectiveness of the contents and methods of postevaluation on loan projects of international financial organizations were proved by one example.
