The research about the price-limited housing ezistence conditions in China
To stabilize the house price and guarantee the housing need of the medium income group,our government has put forward the price-limited housing policy. However,in various areas it arouses the controversy on the execution of the policy. Based on a systematic analysis about the welfare among the government,the developer and the house purchaser in the construction process of the price-limited housing,this research sets up a multi-purpose plan model about its existence conditions,and takes Beijing as an exemplification to verify the authors theory,with an expectation of giving some basis strategic suggestions for those local governments while adopting the price-limited housing policy.
