Effective Strategic Planning for Successful E-Commerce Project Completion and Deployment
We investigate a number of important management factors that can be attributed to the successful of completion and deployment of e-commerce projects. These factors are generally considered in the process of project management within the context of a business-to-consumer environment. In particular,we focus on the important strategic planning stage of project management that can have a serious impact on the eventual success of the projects. The approach taken can be considered an adaptation of conventional engineering project management in the context of ecommerce deployment. This ensures that tried-andtested techniques are applied and developed.
