The Impact of Network Tie and Organizational Learning Ability on Knowledge Diffusion through Focal Firms
This article investigates effects of network tie and organizational learning capacity on knowledge diffusion through focal firms in industrial cluster. Results show that: the strength of network tie to be a direct driving force in knowledge diffusion through focal firms while organizational learning capacity is also directly involved in pushing the process along. This conclusion is supported by an analysis of a multi-case study.
