Some Thoughts about the Whole Life-Cycle Cost Management of Civil Engineering Projects

摘要：

The whole life-cycle cost management is a concept of modern project management. Combined with Chinas national conditions,this article has put forward a basic strategy of the whole life-cycle cost management of civil engineering projects,given some basic analysis and calculation methods of the whole life-cycle cost management,introduced an overview of the integrated management system for the development of the whole life-cycle cost management of civil engineering projects,expatiated information flow management and risk management elements in life cycle cost management and designed a framework of whole life cycle risk management.
