System Optimization Model Construction of Raw Coal Cost Management
The use of advanced management ideas,scientific methods of cost management and cost management system optimization are the most urgent matter of coal enterprises. In this paper,enhancing cost competitiveness as the goal,the cost of coal enterprises was studied. In addition,the modern theory of cost management system based,the influence factors of raw coal cost was analyzed,the construction principle of the evaluation indexes and index system of raw coal cost management were established,and system optimization model of raw coal cost management was constructed.
