Enterprise clusters innovation is the best way of high-tech enterprise cluster optimization and upgrading. Practices show that enterprises inside the cluster have better innovation performance than the ones outside, and organizations in the same cluster are becoming increasingly homogeneous in innovation. This paper exerts the New Institutional Theory from the view of Sociology of Organization, takes Organizational Field to explain the mechanism of isomorphism in enterprise cluster innovation, including coercive, mimic and normative isomorphism, uses Zhongguancun Software Park as a typical example, and explores the success of science and technology park. Our results show that the innovative community in organization field makes enterprises in the cluster more and more homogeneous in innovation, and ultimately drives the escalation of high-tech parks.
