Research on the Strategy and Implementation in Stages of Organizational Learning Based on TRIZ Theory

Based on the limitation of organizational resources and the uncertainty of the results of organizational learning (OL),this article attempts to analyze the mechanism,strategy and implementation of OL by TRIZ theory. First of all,the core concepts of TRIZ theory are introduced and the reason for considering OL and TRIZ together is explained. Secondly,according to the models of the technology systematization of TRIZ theory,two strategies for OL are brought forward,which are gap strategy and options strategy. Thirdly,a grading model of OL implementation is proposed,which coincides with the model of increasing dynamics and controllability of TRIZ theory. Fourthly,the relationship between the core competitiveness and OL is well defined by the analysis method of substances—field. Finally,combined with outstanding OL practices,three effective modes of OL are discussed for different organizations according to TRIZ theory.
