The empirical studies on Industry Lifecycle,Knowledge Spillover and Regional Industry Agglomeration

摘要：

The research of LiangQi(2004) showed that there are certain differences between the labor intensive industry and the technology intensive industry regarding their agglomeration level and alteration characteristics. This paper did a further research about this phenomenon. The empirical studies based on chinese provincial statistics(1986-2006) indicates that along with the change and development of industry lifecycle,the type of rcgionalknow ledge spillover will turn from .JACOB into MAR,because industries of different lifecycle have different dynaniicknowlcdge spillover types. The industry agglomeration will change accordingly with the different development environment of these two outer requests.
