Dynamic Quality Control of Multi-variety and Small Batch Manufacturing based on Bayesian Monitor

摘要：

Depend on circumstance more complex and changeable,the traditional control chart no longer meets the need of a more and more industrializing and complicated application environment. Therefore,this thesis is to analyze the shortage of traditional process control,and then propose dynamic quality control of multi-variety and small batch manufacturing based on Bayesian Monitor,which is come up with by Bianca. A case of a Chinese electronic chip manufacturer is studied with Bayesian Monitor,which together with the method studied is proved practical and of help to the quality control.
