Integrated Management of Collaborative Relationships and Collaborative Processes in Industrial Clusters

摘要：

Collaborative relationship in industrial clusters is taken as the basic unit of analysis. Relationship integration is defined as the function of transaction frequency and asset specificity. Process integration is defined as the function of process coordination,flexibility and reconfigurability. The relation of relationship integration and process integration is investigated. It is revealed that appropriate level of relationship integration can improve process integration,but as relationship integration exceeds certain threshold process integration falls as it increases.
