RFID-based Manufacturing Ezecution System for Intelligent Operations

摘要：

The radio frequency identification (RFID) technology is applied in a mixed-model assembly line to facilitate operational functionalities of the manufacturing execution system (MES),including data collection,document control,labor management,production process control,and performance analysis. The architecture and logic framework of the RFID-based MES are illustrated and synchronization modes between the MES and RFID devices concerning stability,efficiency and generality are discussed as well.
