Research on the Products Realized Processes and the Frame of A New Type of Quality Monitoring and Control System
The world wide ISO9001 standard specified quality management system needs to be corrected and improved to make it effective. The advanced and effective quality control system of a batch production factory should have the properties of on line process monitoring and controlling,including project planning process,product design and development process,process design and development process,product and process validation process,assessment and corrective action process. The system consists mainly of quality information processing unit,data acquisition units distributed production line,spot broadcasting unit of quality information. This kind of quality control system relied mostly on integrated IT technology,including software and hardware,so that the system must be more objective and effective and can improve the ISO9001 specified quality management system..
