Failure Mode Risk Analyzing Based on Grey Theory for Power Plant Steam Turbine Proper
As one of the top three main equipment groups in power plant, steam turbine system has an essential effect on the reliability and economy of energy production. And the steam turbine proper is the priority among priorities. Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is the technique to help effectively perform hazard prevention and power systems maintenance. In traditional analysis methods, includes fuzzy inference |1,the risk priority number (RPN) ranking mechanism was utilized which has several drawbacks. An improved ranking method based on grey theory is put forward with taking steam turbine for example in this paper. Analysis results are compared in the final.
