Research on Application of the Differentiated Service Management-A Case of a Telecom Corporation in a Province
Status and effect of the service have been increasingly exposed under the drastic situation of marketing competition. Nowadays,the telecom corporations may win in the smoking competition by putting the differentiated service (DiffServ) into practice because the deviations of telecommunication products become narrower and narrower,the promotion less and less innovation,the demand of customers more and more various and the requests for the telecom service higher and higher. In this paper,the effect of the differentiated service in practice has been described by analysis of the experience successful in a provincial telecom corporation,laying out the experience for reference for the similar corporations.
