Research on the customer service system for diesel engine industry

With the development of economy and society,the competition between companies is more and more drastic. Enterprise has to change their commercial mode from product-oriented to customer-oriented due to the cruel actuality. To diesel engine industry,service is very important But,the diesel engines are not sold to the final customer,so there are many question and trouble in their service for customers. In this paper,the status quo and requirement of diesel engine industry are analyzed,a system for the customer service which make using of the Internet,computer and communication technology adequately and realizing the integration with the existing system is conceived,and the paper explain the structure detailed from the overall framework and the function designing sides.
