The City Planning for Service Centers of Ezpress Company

摘要：

This paper summarizes the status of the express industry and provides basic knowledge related to the city planning for service centers of express companies. Then the paper goes deep into the detailed steps of the city planning for service centers. Based on the forecast of volume,productivity and capacity growth by service zones,the author proposes an effective way to select the location for future service centers to meet the increasing market requirements.
