Study on Cost-control of Supply Chain based on the Decision Tree
Nowadays,with the intense competition resulting from the changes of global competitive environment,the supply chain management idea is playing an increasingly important role in the competitiveness of enterprises. And cost control has become urgent to improve the performance of supply chain problems. This paper takes decision tree method to analyze the cost of supply chain,determines the standard cost reasonably and discusses the effective strategy for cost-control of supply chain. As a result,it can help enterprises,especially the SME to carry out more convenient and efficient cost control measures.
