Research on Bus Dispatch of City Passenger Traffic Hubs Based on Simulation Technology
Passenger transport terminals (PTT) is the cross point of the various transport modes and the place for the travelers to gather,disperse and transfer,so it is the key part of the citys passenger transport system. Witness2007 as a simulation software is constructed to model bus station in Tianjin Railway station in this paper. Based on above analysis,the paper gave optimized scheme from the view of traffic management,in order to improve transfer efficiency (TE) and reduce operating cost,and give a final plan of bus control. The final optimized result is evaluated at the aspects of utilization of facilities and level of service. The optimization results obtained will help decision make right decision.
