Simulation and Optimization of Hull Erection Based on P-FTPN
In order to enhance the hull erection efficiency and realize the supervisory control dynamically to construction course,this paper applies Fuzzy-timed place Petri net to simulate the process of hull erection. Triangular Fuzzy Number is utilized to denote the uncertain duration,and an advanced Minkowski subtraction is presented in the model. We eliminate the Hatch Coaming Sections,combine the Compartment Blocks,change the Orientation Double Bottom Block,simplify the complicated Bow Blocks and rearrange the erection scheme. Flow line erecting has been achieved and the efficiency of hull erection has heightened. The construction states can be identified immediately by establishing the Reachable Marking Graph of the erection model and calculating the existing time of markings. Then,the dynamic supervisory control to the hull erection process can be attained.
