A Study of Knowledge Management in the Enterprise R&D Process

摘要：

Knowledge exists extensively in enterprise R&D process. It has a significant theoretical value to study the issue of knowledge management in R&D process. The characters of knowledge management in R&D process are analyzed,and then,R&D process,its knowledge activities and knowledge types are discussed;finally,a conceptual model of knowledge management system in R&D process is constructed from three dimensions for some corresponding evaluations in the paper.
