Knowledge-sharing Model and Its Practical Significance Basing on Niche -Theory
Knowledge-sharing is the most important sector of knowledge management. Traditional research on knowledge-sharing mechanism doesnt resolve the fundamental problem affecting knowledge-sharing. Drawing on niche-theory of the ecology,this paper proposes a knowledge-sharing model basing on nichetheory. The core idea of the model is: as the starting point of knowledge preference,the model sets up knowledge-sharing mechanism,achieves the most optimal allocation of resources through knowledge ecosystems self-organization,achieves value maximization of knowledge resources,and eventually realizes a win-win situation for both enterprises and employees.
