The Knowledge Management Frame Construction Research in Collaborative Supply Chain
In this paper,we investigate the concept of the enterprise collaborative knowledge management on the basis of both the realistic and the technological perspectives. We define the knowledge management contents,analyze the strategic aims and its 4 elements,and discuss the common policies for enterprises to implement collaborative knowledge management. And finally,we put forward the implementation process and the guarantee mechanism of the enterprise collaborative knowledge management.
