Purification of metallurgical-grade silicon to multi-crystalline silicon

摘要：

The rapid progress of solar energy industry has promoted the production and application of soLar-grade silicon.Refining of metallurgical-grade silicon to solar-grade silicon and its industrialization has been paid more attention.In the past twenty years,research ers have done many works and received best results. The experimental capacity has been over hundred 5 kilograms.In this paper,part of the research work are generalized and analysis to obtain some basic regulation and cognition.
