The development of theoretical principles of metal powders production by means of evaporation and con densation was launched at the Institute of Metallurgy of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences under supervision of Prof.Dr.Sci.I.V.Frishberg in the late fifties of the last century,that is at the same time,as in research centers of the USA and Japan.
