1.Introduction Transitional layer is the importance science of the mate rials and nanomatefials. Transitional layer are governed many physical and chemical property. This is importance on the nanoelectronics,friction and other sphere. Aim of the work is investigation distribution chemical elements on transitional layer. Method and methodical receive transitional layer.We are received transitional layer of the plasma and laser technology. On the Fig.1 show microstructure.
