1.Introduction The development of tissue-engineering constructions (TsECs) based on functional-directed materials and au tologous muhipotential mesenchymal stromal cells (MMSCs) i8 one of the bone defect substitution direc tions.It is optimal when these TsECs provide as main tenance and fulfillment of bone defect as organotypical bone replacement at the same time 1-3.
