The modern aspects of influence of nonmetallic inclusions on service properties and the rejection of metal owing to various defects

摘要：

Problem of contamination of steel with nonmetallic inclusions remains actual for the modem metallurgical industry.Several as pects of influence of contamination of steel with nonmetallic inclusions on service characteristics of metal products,rejection of the metal due to defects of surface and defects detected by the ultrasonic inspection are discussed.Results of investigations of mechanism of forma tion of nonmetallic inclusions and methods of preventing of their precipitation are presented.
