Research of the deformation mechanism change at loading of the aviation techniques materials
In work it is offered to use parameters of microplastic deformation (PMD) loadings of compression measured at step increasing on micro samples for an establishment of correlation dependences between values PMD and mechanical properties of metal materials.In the given work on an example of aluminum alloy D16 the results of the experimental approach to research of critical load ings at which there is a qualitative change of the de formation mechanism in metal materials are given.Ex periment consisted in a step stretching of the sample and measurement of falling the loading as a result of re laxation at each step loading.Relaxation time (time of holding at a motionless housing of the test machine) at all steps made endurance time 5 min.Stretching was spent by the test machine 1958Y10 -1 the equipped modern high-precision system of registration of effort and deformation.Speed of deformation at tests equaled 0,023 mm/s,the error of measurement of effort made ± 1 N.Results of tests for samples of alloy D16 are pres ented on Fig.1. As seen from Fig.1 on the ralaxational curves the four special points expressed in the form of bends on dependence AF =f (Fn).
