Composite element for the removal of hydrogen from sealed volumes

摘要：

Selective removal of residual hydrogen from inert-gas mixtures is an actual problem of the production and service of vacuum electronic devices.During their op eration ,the preset composition of working mixture with in sealed volumes should be maintained.We solve the problem of purification of inert-gas mixtures with re spect to hydrogen. The low hydrogen pressure (1-2 Pa) is a condition made difficult the solution of the problem.
