Influence of heat treatment on electro physical properties ceramic dielectrics

摘要：

In this paper it has researched electro physical properties of GB-7 and MC corundum ceramics.It has established the increas ing of conductivity and the changing of activation energy.Influence of heat treatment on dielectric properties is greater in microlit because of bigger maintenance of an amorphous phase.
