Characterization of human adipose-derived stem cells phenotype as potential cell material for hybrid organ construction

The immunophenotype of mesenchymal human adipose-derived stem cells is investigated. The methods of isolation, culture and phenotyping are described.Immunocytofluorimetnc analysis has shown that mesenchymal human adipose-derived stem cells were pos itive for the cell-surface markers CD10,CD13,CD29,CD44,CD59,CD73,CD90,CD105,HLA-ABC and negative for the cell-surface markers CD34,CD45,CD71, CD133,and maintained this phenotype during at least five passages.
