Improvement of lithium cobalt ozide thin films electrochemical properties

摘要：

In this paper,IiCo02 film and LiCoO2 films coated by Au,W,C were fabricated through PLD. The coat unchanged liCoO2 structure from XRD,furthermore the coat of Au or C reduced the resistance of LiCoO2 films. The charge-discharge electrochemical meas urements showed au coat could improve electrochemical properties of LiCoO2 film.
