New methods of synthesis of ferroelectric and luminescent materials based on complez ozides of niobium,tantalum and rare earths
Our work is focused on a development of physical chemical backgrounds and methods of controlled synthe sis of individual,binary and ternary oxide materials based on niobium,tantalum and rare earths possessing a necessary complex of consumer properties and quali ties.Precursor chemistry is a rapidly developing area of research aimed at chemically designing precursors with reproducible properties of technological interest.
