Size effects in solid solutions Na(NO3)z(NO2)1z
The dielectric investigation results of nanosize matrices presented in this paper.Porous are thick with Na(NO3)x(NO2) 1-x ferroelectric,x= 0,0.02,0.05,0.07 h 0.1. As a result of experimental researches it have calculated the temperature dependences of pennettivity and conductivity of this solid solution in porous. The increasing of permittivity and conductivity has established at the raising of NaNO3 concentration in volume samples. The same process has determined in conditions with limited geometry as compared to volume mixture for all x.Mechanism of research dependences is dicussed.
