Chlorination of aluminium ozide,produced by alkali and acid methods
The chlorine method of aluminium production reduces the energy consumption by 25% -30% ,eliminates usage of expensive fluoride salts and allows expending signifi cantly a raw-material base at the cost of involving to manufacturing low-grade bauxites,kaolin, clays and mineral part of coal.Success realizing of this non-waste technology is possible due to considerable changing of the technology and equipment.Development of chlorine large scale regeneration and presence of isolate technology allows saving the environment. The main objective of chloric method of aluminium production is chlorination of aluminium oxide with high reactionary ability to chlorine,for aluminium chloride producing and following metal extraction by electrolysis.
