Detection of sibutramine in dietary supplements by high-performance liquid chromatographic-mass spectrometric method

摘要：

A mass-spectrometric method of detection of a psychotropic substance sibutramine in dietary supplements was developed with the detection threshold of 10 ng/ml. A comparative content analysis of Russian- and Chinese-made weight-loss dietary supplements dem onstrated the presence of sibutramine in the diet pill Iida Daidaihua) (China) in the amount of 10 mg per capsule.
